It Just Takes a Cat?

BGOBGAI! Quickie:

cat             So Just as kids are finally getting back to school, a new way to bring freedom from organized schooling has been brought to the surface…a cat. Children were released from Richard Henry Lee Elementary School in Anne Arundel County, Maryland (ah, Maryland, the east coast’s answer to California) on Friday, August 29th because a feral cat had been found lurking about on school grounds. Yes, a feral cat, once domesticated and has since returned to being wild, was seen at school so they closed the whole school down. You know, when I was younger I would try anything to get out of school. Who knew that all it took was bringing Garfield into school? I would ask if we’ve really fallen this far in society, but it is Maryland!

Greetings blog wanderers and seekers of truth, or whatever truth appears to be from the mind of a warped individual. You have reached the inner sanctum of some guy named Alan. Having graduated college sometime shortly after the Earth cooled, he finds himself in his late 30's and working out in the real world. His humor is dry and his outlook not so serious and somehow has picked up the nasty habit of writing about himself in the third person. He is married with child and loves his family, sports and, of course, his beloved video games...likelihood of his growing up? Not good. Are you an established site or magazine looking for a writer? Drop me a line if you are interested.
